Arthur William (Riaan) Morton, studied at the University of the Free State and was admitted as an attorney in 1997, he is also a registered debt counsellor and small claims court commissioner with 20 years of experience in law.

 

He specialized in various areas of the law and is currently also involved in other commercial companies on developments in the law and digital media company specializing in the implementation of management and digital signage solutions. 

 

He specializes in Criminal and Family Law his areas of expertise are Family Law, Divorce Mediation, Parenting Plans, Parental Responsibilities and Rights, Custody (care and contact) of children, same-sex marriages, unmarried fathers’ rights, and domestic violence matters.
